About this circuit
The Circuit Zolder, also known as Circuit Terlamen,[1] is an undulating 4.011 km (2.492 mi) motorsport race track in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium. Zolder has always been somewhat in the shadow of its more illustrious counterpart at Spa-Francorchamps but nevertheless Belgium's first purpose-built circuit has plenty of history itself. Always a bustling national venue, the circuit has also had its fair share of international limelight, proving a useful backstop for Formula One while Spa was being renovated and after Nivelles-Baulers faded away.
While Formula One is unlikely to return, top class series such as the DTM have visited as recently as 2019, while the FIA WTCR also paid a visit in 2020.
Other events include a 24 Hour GT and touring car race, while the domestic racing scene remains strong, with a regular schedule of events.
